Common questions

What happens if I exceed my monthly review limit?
You'll get a notification at 80% and again at 100%. We won't cut off access — overages bill at $0.18 per review, or you can upgrade at any time.
Who keeps the rule set up to date?
We monitor state, federal, and EU updates and refresh the rule set as they change. The full changelog is published in your records. JobSpecCheck is informational — it doesn't replace your own legal review process.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your billing page and you'll retain access through the end of the current period. We don't pro-rate refunds, but we don't auto-renew without an email reminder either.
Do you offer a free trial?
No — every plan is paid. Starter is $20 per seat each month, billed monthly, and you can cancel anytime.
How is candidate or applicant data handled?
JobSpecCheck only processes job specifications, never candidate data, and we never use customer text to train shared models.
