What happens if I exceed my monthly review limit?
Your review limit resets at the start of each billing period, so you can wait for it to refresh next month — or upgrade your plan at any time for a higher limit.
Which laws and jurisdictions do you reference?
Every review references federal EEOC statutes — Title VII, the ADEA, the ADA, GINA, the PWFA, and the Equal Pay Act — plus pay-transparency and fair-chance (ban-the-box) rules across 19 US jurisdictions and major city ordinances. JobSpecCheck is informational — it doesn't replace your own legal review process.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your billing page and you'll retain access through the end of the current period. We don't pro-rate refunds for partial periods.
Do you offer a free trial?
No — every plan is paid. Starter is $20 per seat each month, billed monthly, and you can cancel anytime.
How is candidate or applicant data handled?
JobSpecCheck only processes job specifications, never candidate data, and we never use customer text to train shared models.
